Is this dental insurance?
No. Our membership plan is not insurance — it's a direct-pay plan between you and our practice. There are no insurance companies involved, no claims to file, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums. You pay one simple fee and receive the included services plus a discount on everything else.
When does my plan start?
Your plan begins on the date of enrollment and is valid for one full year. You can use your included services at any point during that year.
Can I use the plan for my whole family?
Yes! Each family member enrolls individually. We have adult, child, and periodontal maintenance plans to accommodate different needs. Call our office to discuss the best combination for your family.
What does the 15% discount apply to?
The discount applies to all dental services not already included in your plan — including fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, Invisalign, therapeutic Botox for qualifying treatment, and more. It's a significant savings for patients who need restorative or other dental care.
Can I cancel my plan?
Plans are non-refundable once enrolled. However, you can use all included services throughout the year and take advantage of the 15% discount on any additional treatment you need.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans. However, we are not in-network with Delta Dental. The membership plan is designed for patients without insurance, or as a supplement for those whose insurance doesn't fully cover their care. If you have insurance, we will help you verify your benefits before treatment.
