Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes — we accept most major dental insurance plans and are in-network with many providers. However, we are not in-network with Delta Dental. We also offer our in-house Dental Membership Plan for patients without insurance. Contact our office and we'll be happy to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
Are you accepting new patients?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome new patients of all ages. You can request an appointment online or call us at 616.531.0360. We'll work to schedule you as quickly as possible.
What if I have dental anxiety?
You're not alone — dental anxiety is very common. Our team is trained to create a calm, comfortable environment. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation and take extra time to explain every step of your treatment. Just let us know when you call and we'll make special accommodations.
Do you offer emergency dental care?
Yes. We reserve time in our schedule every day for emergency patients. If you're in pain, call us at 616.531.0360 and we'll do our best to see you the same day. After hours, our voicemail provides guidance for urgent situations.
What is your In-House Dental Membership Plan?
Our Dental Health Membership Plan is an affordable alternative to traditional dental insurance. For a flat annual fee, you receive two cleanings, two exams, necessary X-rays, and a 15% discount on all other services. Plans start at $295/year for children and $345/year for adults.
